  • Visit (Jan – Feb)
  • We will take soil samples from your lawn to conduct a soil test.  Soil testing is the only scientific
way to tell what soil nutrients are available for absorption by plant roots as well as their relative supply in the soil.
Soil tests tell you to apply only what nutrients are needed. ***this is optional for an additional fee

  • Visit (June – July)
  • •        One application of fertilizer.
  • •        One application of Gypsum.  Gypsum is a must in Texas hot summers when rain is nowhere in sight.
What gypsum does is leach the sodium from the soil and replace it with calcium.  Sodium can cause the soil to
become heavy, difficult to work and unable to hold water.  Gypsum allows water to penetrate the soil without
forming puddles or water logging, gypsum conserves water by stretching intervals between irrigations.  The amount
of Gypsum applied is based on your soil test results.
  • Visit (July – Aug)
  • •        One application of fertilizer.
  • •        Lawn Analysis.  Look over your lawn to make sure there are no diseases or pests interfering with your
lawn.  If there are we will diagnose the problem and give you our recommendations.
